Spray booths for large, heavy products are specially designed with overhead rails and trolley rails to move the products.
Products are hung on the overhead rail or placed on a trolley. After the operator finishes spraying, the product is pulled along the rail (or on the trolley) to the CURING OVEN to cure the coating.

POWDER SPRAY BOOTHS FOR LARGE, HEAVY PRODUCTS can be fitted with 2 types of POWDER EXTRACTION AND RECOVERY UNIT:

1. FILTER RECOVERY UNIT:
ADVANTAGES: high powder recovery efficiency – over 98%.
DISADVANTAGES: harder to clean during colour changes, risk of colour contamination.

2. CYCLONE RECOVERY UNIT:
ADVANTAGES: very fast cleaning during colour changes. The cyclone is of steel construction, giving a long service life.
DISADVANTAGES: lower powder recovery efficiency – only 90~95%. May cause dust pollution in the surrounding environment without a secondary dust filter.
